Andrew has over 25 years experience in the aviation industry specializing in avionics and electrical systems. Andrew has worked with helicopter manufacturers both in Germany and Canada. He has delegation on both fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Andrew has worked on a large variety of aircraft, including Beech , dehavilland DHC-5, DHC-6, and DHC-7 along with Bombardier DHC-8 series 100, 200, 300, and -400, and CRJ-200. He has also worked on several Bell, and Eurocopter (Airbus) helicopters.

Derek has over 20 years’ experience in aviation starting out in maintenance and migrating into the engineering and certification world. He is a believer in customer satisfaction. Attention to details and organization are his strong points. Derek has worked on many different types of aircraft including fixed- wing and helicopters of the following manufactures, Bombardier, Dehavilland, Cessna, Learjet, Dassult, Hawker, Boeing, Airbus, and Bell Helicopters, just to name a few. He is involved in STC projects from very simple to extremely integrated.

Mathew has over 17 years experience in the aviation industry specializing in aircraft and helicopter structures. Mathew has delegation on both airplanes and helicopters and has worked on many types of each. On the aircraft side, these include Beechcraft King Airs, various Cessna jet aircraft, Viking Air DHC-6, DHC-7 along with Bombardier DHC-8 series 100, 200, 300, and -400, and various CRJ models. On the helicopter side these include various Bell models, Eurocopter models and the Robinson R44. Mathew has been involved in many different types of projects over his career, most culminating in the issuance of STCs (single S/N, multiple S/N and full STCs) as well as Repair Design Approvals (RDAs) and recently getting involved in the issuance of Part Design Approvals (PDAs).
